I still have statues waiting to ship.
After my last review, I was flagged to provide more information about myself to the company. I obliged and my review was no longer put under review.
Suddenly, I received a notification from FedEx that my statue would arrive today. Only one problem, when going to the site with the tracking number supplied by F4F, it said it was being delivered to Washington, where it had arrived.
I contacted FedEx to see what was going on. I was told by the employee that F4F had requested the package be sent back to them when contacted by FedEx.
I really hope this is all a coincidence as I am I talks with a CS representative about what happened. They haven't given me an answer besides asking their warehouse about it. It has been 2 days since this whole incident and that's all I've been told.
Again, I hope this is all a coincidence that this all just so happen to occur after my negative review was flagged and I gave over information that link to my current account with F4F. I will update this review as this progresses.
CS is a nightmare, just try to minimise the flaws on my Varia suit Ex, tell me to buy paint to fix the problem and offer a poor 20 euros discount compensation. After 2 replacements, and a lot of negociation and over a year of chatting with CS, i've finally got a descent example. It's not the first statue i buy from this company but sure it's the last one.

As always the presented item is of superb quality. from the packaging to the statue itself you can see the time taken to not only protect the statue but in creating it as well. The level of detail is phenomenal. The battle damage on the stand, the expression on Ridley's face, the integrated lighting all bring this together as a wonderful display piece .
Absolutely one of the best and most easy online transactions I've made. Communication was very prompt and accurate.
F4F not only makes really good figures but they have great customer service. We have bought several things from them over the years and I can say that their products and customer service is really good. I will continue to buy from them.
And if your on the fence on whether to buy or not to buy, don't be because it's worth it! Plus they make it really easy to make payments.
It to 3 long years but finally made it. I am happy with it. the only thing that it needs is instructions for putting the case together. figured it out that all glass was defferent size XD. so its good.
I just felt I should leave feedback for Bruno at F4F who has been incredibly patient and helpful with my orders. Numerous times I have had to change my order due to COVID and he has been incredible and remained polite, understanding, efficient and friendly in all his responses to me. I rate this company highly and amongst the statue companies I have purchased from, F4F are up there as one of the best. I could speak of their quality products but this review is regards the customer service specifically Bruno - top guy, always a pleasure to speak with
I had a simple question about a change on a statue I ordered, which I know happens and felt like it was a dumb question. Dipti answered my question professionally and I always received fast responses!! Dipti was great to work with thank you so much.

Dropped my Fighter Kirby while cleaning. Was really worried since it was warranty has passed. ALEX the CEO still sorted me out with a replacement. TY F4F
